- 2 tablespoons Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
Combine beer, Montreal steak seasoning, and optional brown sugar. Submerge ribs in the marinade in a resealable bag or airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.Preheat your grill to medium-low heat.
