- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and add the Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens.Slice the cooked chicken breasts and return them to the skillet along with the cooked pasta.
