Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
    Add the cooked chicken to the skillet, season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and heat through.In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.Remove the chicken from the heat and mix it with the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
    Lay out the tortillas and evenly divide the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top of the chicken mixture.Fold the tortillas into wraps, tucking in the sides as you roll them up.
    Heat a clean skillet or grill pan over medium heat and cook the wraps for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is melted.Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Substitutions: Feel free to replace the mozzarella or cheddar cheese with other varieties like feta or goat cheese to switch up the flavor. For a lighter option, swap sour cream for Greek yogurt, or use low-fat cream cheese instead.
