  • Salt and Pepper: To taste
  • Vegetable Oil: For frying

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
    Stir in the cooked chicken, bean sprouts, green onions, and carrots until evenly combined.
    Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Pour a ladleful of the egg mixture into the skillet, forming a small, round omelet.
    Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and fully set.
    Repeat with the remaining mixture, adding oil as needed.Serve hot with your choice of gravy or dipping sauce.
