- 2 quarts chicken stock.07
- 1/2 cup heavy cream.08
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.10
- 1 cup ditalini pasta.09
- 1/2 tsp each dried basil, oregano.11
- Fresh parsley for garnish.

Cook the sausage in oil over medium heat, crumbling it as it browns. Remove from the pan and set aside.Sauté the onion and garlic together in the pan until they become fragrant and translucent.Pour in the tomatoes, chicken stock, and herbs, then add the sausage back to the pot. Let it simmer on low heat.Mix in the pasta and cook it to an al dente texture as directed on the package.Add the cream and Parmesan to the pot, stirring until they melt completely. Season the soup to taste and garnish with fresh parsley.
