Ingredients
  

  • 1 salmon fillet (about 6-8 oz)
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1/2 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the salmon in teriyaki sauce for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
    In a medium-high skillet, cook the salmon for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until it flakes easily.
    Layer the cooked rice in a bowl and add steamed broccoli and avocado slices.
    Place the salmon on top and drizzle with remaining teriyaki sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
