Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 6-10 pepperoncini peppers (or to taste)
  • Optional: 2-3 tablespoons pepperoncini juice (for extra tang)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts or thighs into the bottom of your slow cooker.
    Layer Ingredients: Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken. Add whole pepperoncini peppers on top and pour in some pepperoncini juice for an extra tangy kick.
    Add Butter: Place the butter on top of the chicken.Cook in
    Slow Cooker: Cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the chicken is tender and shreds easily.
    Shred & Serve: Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks, mixing it with the sauce. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or in sandwiches.

Notes

  • Chicken Thighs: Using thighs gives a juicier, more flavorful result, though chicken breasts work as well.
  • Extra Pepperoncini: Add more peppers for a spicier kick.
  • Butter Substitute: For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free butter.
