  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp lemon zest

  • Optional:½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

    Arrange the Bites: For Oven: Place salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced apart.
    For Air Fryer: Arrange the salmon bites in the basket without overcrowding.
    Cook the Salmon: Oven: Bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
    Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for a crispier texture.Air Fryer: Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
