- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 1 pound Yukon Gold potatoes, sliced into
- 1/2-inch thick pieces3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
- 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
- 1 teaspoon chopped oregano
- 1 1/4 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Salt and pepper to taste
