  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 8 oz spaghetti or pasta of choice
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cook Pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside.
    Prepare Sauce: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until smooth. Gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream, whisking constantly until the sauce thickens.
    Season: Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
