Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb salmon belly, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: fresh dill, parsley, or sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Thaw the salmon belly if frozen, then rinse it under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
    In a small bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour the marinade over the salmon belly and let it sit for 30-60 minutes in the refrigerator.
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon belly skin-side down.
    Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Alternatively, you can grill or pan-sear the salmon belly.
    Remove from heat, garnish with fresh herbs or sesame seeds, and serve with your favorite side dishes.
