Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound shaved beef
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • For the Marinade: 1/4 cup soy sauce / 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch / 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the Beef: In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and black pepper. Add shaved beef and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
    Prepare the Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
    Cook the Vegetables: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds. Add bell peppers, broccoli, carrot, and onion, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp. Remove and set aside.
    Cook the Beef: In the same skillet, add more oil if needed and cook marinated shaved beef for 2-3 minutes until browned. Stir occasionally.
    Combine Everything: Add the cooked vegetables back into the skillet with the beef. Pour in the sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes to thicken.
    Serve: Serve over cooked rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
