- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- For the Marinade: 1/4 cup soy sauce / 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch / 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Marinate the Beef: In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and black pepper. Add shaved beef and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.Prepare the Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
